Experience: 1+ year of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role
Associate Cloud R Analyst Detailed Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in IT, particularly in roles related to environment management, system administration, or IT operations
- Experience working with Linux server
- PHP / PowerShell / ARM templates / C# Scripting experience is a plus
- Web site application monitoring skills required; creation skills are a plus
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure Architecture as it relates to Web Application Hosting and Support
- Networking and Hardware configuration/troubleshooting skills
- Experience with tools such as SolarWinds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Description:
- Monitor and report on infrastructure health, availability, and utilization
- Maintain high system availability and healthy systems
- Support and onboard new tenants to Azure cloud
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to infrastructure and applications hosted on Azure
- Use Service Now to work on customer tickets and achieve SLAs
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support windows updates activities
- Run PowerShell scripts and CI/CD pipeline for product deployments
- Run SQL Scripts to restore SQL Server Database
