Role: Graduate Engineer Trainee

Location: Angul, Odisha

Eligible Batches: B.Tech./M.Tech. – 2023

Application Deadline: 14th December 2023

Joining Date: Immediate

Eligibility:

  • Pursuing B.Tech./M.Tech. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Metallurgy, Electrical, Computer Science, Civil, Ceramic, Chemical, Production/Industrial Engineering, Safety and Fire, Instrumentation/Electronics, Mining.
  • Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10th & 12th.
  • Minimum 65% or equivalent CGPA in Graduation without backlogs.
  • Preference for candidates from Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges.
  • Maximum 1-year gap between consecutive academic courses.

Selection Process:

  1. Online Aptitude Test (Aptitude and Technical)
  2. Online Psychometric and Behavioural Test
  3. Group Discussion (if necessary)
  4. Online Technical /Domain Interview (Panel Interview with HR)
  5. Interaction with CHRO

Note: The selection tests will be online and AI-proctored (Webcam and internet-enabled PC required). Candidates who have previously participated should not reapply.
